Two kinds of fact

A brain that only keeps what is permanently true is a reference book, and it would have been no use to anyone at Enron in November 2001. A brain that keeps everything is the inbox again. Sometimes the message gives a date and the page shows it; more often it gives only the condition, and the page says that instead of inventing a date the mail never stated.
