Changelog
What we have shipped
The features, channels, and improvements we have added to this+that, newest first.
-
Flows on mobile
Workflows now work on your phone. Build, run, and check on your flows from the redesigned mobile interface, not just at your desk.
-
Kanban board view for your DoBox
See your DoBox as a board, not just a list. Drag tasks across columns, select several at once for bulk actions, and track suggestions and approvals in their own columns.
-
More one-click MCP connections
We expanded the official MCP catalog so your workflows can act on more tools in one click, including Linear, Sourcegraph, Glean, and Snowflake, alongside GitHub, Notion, HubSpot, and more. You can also bring your own OAuth client for providers that need it.
-
Brain version history, approval gates, and DoBox rules
Brain pages now keep a version history, so you can see what changed and roll back. Workflows can pause for a person to approve an action before it runs. And the rules your DoBox follows now live on a brain page in plain language, so you can read and edit how it decides what counts as a task.

Belong to more than one team
One person can now belong to several teams at once and switch between them. Your flows, agents, and Brain scope to whichever team you are working in, so nothing bleeds across.

Calendar
We promoted the calendar to a full feature: a Google-Calendar-style view inside this+that, with event details, RSVPs, guest autocomplete from your contacts, and video links. Your schedule sits right next to your messages and tasks.

Shareable AI agents
Build an agent once and share it with your team. Team agent templates mean everyone can run the same specialized helper instead of each person wiring up their own.
-
The Brain: knowledge that lives next to your work
We launched the Brain: shared knowledge spaces and pages your workflows and your team can read from. It is where your operational knowledge lives, so the AI acts on your real context instead of guessing.

Google Chat and Telegram channels
this+that now reads Google Chat and Telegram alongside Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Teams, so more of your conversations turn into tasks and workflows automatically.

The assistant: chat that acts on your messages
We launched the assistant, a chat you can ask to triage your inbox, pull answers from your Brain, draft replies, and start workflows. It works across everything this+that connects to.
Meet the assistant -
this+that inside your Gmail: the Chrome extension
Our Chrome extension brings this+that into the inbox you already use. Get AI drafts, task capture, and summaries right inside Gmail, without switching tabs or pasting anything.

Messages in. Actions out.
We rebuilt this+that from the ground up: a full task manager, a visual workflow builder, and MCP support, all powered by AI that reads your messages and acts on them.
