You'll need to choose a plan to keep using this+that. Your data is saved so you can pick up where you left off without re-syncing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with their own this+that account who connects their email or messaging. Shared inboxes don't count as extra users.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Contact us and we'll work something out.
What if I need more than the included workflow usage?
We'll reach out proactively if you're approaching limits. No surprise bills.
All plans include generous workflow usage. Teams with very high automation volume may see additional usage fees for AI processing. We'll always notify you before any overage applies.
