The Brain's unique job is the operational layer your other tools can't hold: what is going on with a customer, who knows what, the context buried in your threads. For canonical knowledge like pricing and playbooks, teams get the tightest experience by keeping it in the Brain, where the assistant and workflows read and write it directly.
All plans include generous workflow usage. Teams with very high automation volume may see additional usage fees for AI processing. We'll always notify you before any overage applies.
