It reads Gmail and Outlook alongside Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and WhatsApp Business, pulls the requests and commitments out of them, and makes that work assignable, so the second person to touch an account is not starting from nothing. Marblism connects email, calendar and the social networks; it does not read internal team chat. Both products keep something called a Brain, which is worth understanding rather than glossing: theirs is filled in when you onboard and topped up by what its own assistants publish, ours is filled by your team’s messages and by workflows writing back what they learn as they run.
