Build a workflow from flows
A flow handles one step. A workflow groups several flows so they cover a whole job, under one name and one objective.
Competitor Intelligence, one of the prebuilt workflows, shows the shape. One flow seeds a page for each competitor, a second watches for news, a third tracks their features and pricing, and a fourth writes a weekly summary. Each is a small automation on its own. Running together, they keep a section of your Brain current while nobody maintains it.
The Discover tab holds a library of these, covering company knowledge, competitor tracking, engineering release notes and daily briefings. Start from one and you get its flows already wired together. Edit any of them afterward, or switch one off and keep the rest.
You can also describe the job in plain language and let the assistant assemble the group, or start empty and add flows yourself.
Seeing what ran
Open a flow and choose Execution history for a record of each time it triggered: the message that set it off, the steps it took, and how long each step took. When a workflow does something you didn’t expect, read the history rather than working backward from the result.
