You get 30 days with the whole product and no credit card. When the trial ends you choose a plan, and your data is saved either way, so you pick up where you left off without re-syncing.
Yes, anytime. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
Anyone with their own this+that account who connects their email or messaging. A shared address like support@ doesn't count as an extra user.
We'll reach out before you reach the included limit, so you can decide whether to add usage or tune your workflows.
Yes. We run on AWS, and we commit to 99.5% uptime each calendar month. The uptime and availability commitments set out how we measure it and the two things we exclude. You can check live system status and past incidents anytime at status.thisandthat.chat, and our security page covers encryption, data handling, and compliance.
No, you don't have to migrate anything to get value. The Brain's unique job is the operational layer your other tools can't hold: what is going on with a customer, who knows what, the context buried in your threads. For canonical knowledge like pricing and playbooks, teams get the tightest experience by keeping it in the Brain, where the assistant and workflows read and write it directly.

Every plan will include an allowance of tokens for the AI work behind your workflows, and you'll be able to buy more if you need them. We're working out the details ahead of billing starting on 1 October, and we'll tell you before anything beyond your allowance bills.
