Correct what DoBox turns into a task
When you reject a task suggestion you can say why, and that feedback becomes a rule the assistant applies to every message that arrives afterward.
A rule reads like something you’d say to a colleague: mail from this sender is never a task, invoices come to me rather than the team, anything from our largest client is high priority. Each rule targets either your email or your chat channels, so a Slack thread and an inbox can be held to different standards.
Open DoBox settings and choose Feedback rules to see what has accumulated. Delete any rule to stop applying it. When suggestions start drifting from what you want, look there first, because a rule you set two months ago is still running.
Rules land better when you correct one suggestion at a time than when you try to describe your whole job up front.
