Use your DoBox

this+that team

The DoBox is where tasks from your communications appear. The assistant reads your emails and messages, identifies what needs action, and puts each one up as a task suggestion for you to accept or reject.

Once a task is in your DoBox you can:

  • Mark it done, set a due date, or add labels
  • Assign it to a team member
  • Leave comments and attach files
  • Break it into a checklist and tick the items off as you go

To find things, filter by member, status, due date or label, and sort by due date, creation date or priority.

You can also create tasks yourself, either by hand or by describing what you need and letting the assistant write it. To move work into the tracker your team already uses, connect a project management tool over MCP from the Integrations page and send the task across as a ticket.

List view and board view

Switch between List and Board from the view control. The board sorts tasks into columns: Task suggestions holds what the assistant has proposed, Approvals holds work waiting on your sign-off, and Backlog holds anything you haven’t filed yet.

Add columns of your own, rename them, and drag tasks between them. Deleting a column moves its tasks out rather than deleting them. Columns organize work; whether a task is done stays a separate, simple yes or no.

When a suggestion misses, reject it and say why. Your feedback turns into a rule that shapes what gets suggested next.
