Salesforce integration
The deal moved in the thread, not in the CRM
A customer confirms a date, names a new stakeholder, or asks about renewal, and the record stays as it was. this+that reads those messages and updates Salesforce, so the pipeline reflects what people actually said.
Model Context Protocol, pointed at your org
Salesforce connects to this+that over the Model Context Protocol. Your Salesforce org hosts its own MCP endpoint, so you paste that address once and authorize with your Salesforce account. From there, workflows read accounts, contacts and opportunities as context, or write to them as an action: update a stage, log an activity, add a note against the right record.
Examples of Salesforce workflows
The reply updates the opportunity
"When a customer emails confirming a start date, update the close date on their opportunity"
New names reach the record
"When someone new joins a customer thread, add them as a contact on that account"
Notes land where they belong
"After a call summary arrives by email, log it as an activity against the matching account"
Renewals surface early
"When a customer mentions budget or renewal in an email, flag the opportunity and tell me"
Combine Salesforce with your other tools
Salesforce is only as good as what reaches it. Pair it with Gmail or Outlook so customer replies update the record directly, and with Slack so a stage change reaches the team without anyone going to look. What the thread says needs doing becomes a task in DoBox, and what it says about the account goes to the brain, so the next person to email that customer already knows.
Your CRM should know what the customer said
