A remote control, not an inbox channel
this+that reads your work channels: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and WhatsApp Business. Telegram is not one of them. We do not connect your personal Telegram account, sync your chat history, or pull your Telegram conversations into the inbox. The only thing that happens on Telegram is the conversation between you and your assistant, in a direct message with the this+that bot.

Connect the bot from the Integrations page
Open Integrations in this+that, connect the Telegram assistant, and confirm in Telegram. The link is a direct message between you and the bot, built on the official Telegram Bot API, so the bot sees what you send it and nothing else. Disconnect from either side whenever you want.

Connect email plus your chat tools and this+that reads all of them, extracts the commitments into DoBox, and runs the workflows you have set up. Telegram sits outside that loop by design, as the place you go to reach the assistant.
