Connect WhatsApp Business
Connect a WhatsApp Business account from the Integrations page. this+that reads the conversations on that account the same way it reads your other channels: it finds the requests inside them, turns those into tasks, and keeps the conversation attached so whoever picks the task up can see where it came from.
Contact details update on their own. this+that derives them from the messages themselves rather than syncing a directory, so there is nothing to configure and nothing to keep in step.
WhatsApp Business is a different product from the WhatsApp on your phone. this+that connects a WhatsApp Business account. The customer messaging you is on ordinary WhatsApp, and nothing changes for them.
Contact changes stay inside this+that. We do not write anything back to WhatsApp.
