Use your Brain
The Brain is a persistent knowledge layer where your team’s pricing, positioning, playbooks, and FAQs live as pages. The assistant reads from the Brain when drafting replies and answering questions, so its answers are grounded in what your team has actually written down rather than generic web content. Workflows can read from the Brain (a sales pricing flow pulls from your canonical price sheet) or write to it (a competitive intelligence flow creates a new page after each run, building a searchable history over time).
Pages live in three scopes: Personal (only you), Team (shared with your teammates), and Public (visible to visitors of a landing page or public artifact). Each page has versions, so you can see what changed and when.
To get started, open the Brain from the left sidebar and create a page for one common topic your team answers questions about: pricing, support FAQs, product positioning. The next time someone asks a related question by email or in Slack, the assistant pulls from that page automatically.
