Fyxer AI review 2026: the rebuilt Fyxer, and what it costs

Fyxer has rebuilt itself. The product that used to sort your inbox and draft your replies now calls itself your assistant across every conversation: email, meetings, Slack and Teams. Its homepage leads with “Fyxer sits across everything,” and two new features do most of the work behind that line. Spaces collect everything about one client in one place, and Flows run routines you describe in plain language.

The pricing changed with it. There’s now a free plan, a Pro plan at $49 per person per month and a Team plan at $99, both cheaper billed annually, and usage is metered in credits.

If you looked at Fyxer earlier in 2026 and filed it as an inbox assistant, that’s out of date.

What is Fyxer AI?

Fyxer AI is built by Fyxer, a company founded in 2023 by brothers Richard and Archie Hollingsworth. It connects to Gmail or Outlook and joins your meetings, and in 2026 it added Slack and Microsoft Teams. Its homepage says it is trusted by over 25,000 companies.

It has raised about $40M, including a $30M Series B in September 2025 led by Madrona (Sifted). In a customer story OpenAI published in August 2026, Fyxer reported growing from $1M to $32M in annual recurring revenue across 2025, with 53% of its AI drafts accepted as written (OpenAI).

What’s new: Spaces

A Space is a shared workspace for one client, account or project. Fyxer’s page for it promises every client conversation from email, chats and meetings in one Space. Each one shows:

• A written status, such as where a renewal stands and who still has to sign.
• Counts of the meetings, stakeholders and emails behind it.
• Outstanding actions. The commitments Fyxer finds across email, chat and meetings, in one list with an owner against each item and a note of where it came from: an email, a Slack channel, a call, or HubSpot deal notes.

You can ask questions about a Space by mentioning @Fyxer in Slack, Teams or Gmail, or chat inside the Space itself. For agencies, consultancies and account teams, this is the most useful thing Fyxer has shipped.

What’s new: Flows

Flows put recurring work on a schedule. You describe the job, choose when it runs and where the result goes, and Fyxer runs it. The triggers on Fyxer’s page are times (daily, weekdays, weekly) and the end of a meeting, and results arrive by email, Slack or Teams. The template library covers standup prep, a post-call CRM note, a renewal watch that flags accounts nobody has contacted, inbound lead triage and an end-of-day wrap-up.

What Fyxer still does from before

• Inbox sorting into categories such as To respond, FYI and Marketing.
• Drafted replies in your tone, saved for you to review. Fyxer’s FAQ is explicit: it will never send an email on your behalf.
• An AI notetaker that joins Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls, records in-person meetings, and lets your team take notes together during a call.
• A dashboard that lists your priorities from your email, meetings and messages each morning.
• Scheduling links, and a Fyxer app inside Claude.

• Free: a daily dashboard briefing, a weekly email briefing, three personal Spaces, and 400 credits a month for chat and audio notes. Fyxer’s own estimate is that 400 credits buy about 20 chat messages.
• Pro: $49 per person per month, or $37 billed annually. Adds drafted replies, inbox labeling, recording for every meeting, Flows, unlimited personal Spaces and three shared Spaces per seat. Includes 3,000 credits per member each month.
• Team: $99 per person per month, or $64 billed annually. Adds the organization profile, assignable follow-ups, unlimited shared Spaces, several inboxes at once, MCP access from Claude and ChatGPT, and team reporting. Includes 6,000 credits per member, pooled across the team.
• Enterprise: an annual contract priced for your organization, with a private cloud or dedicated tenancy, a full API and audit logs.

Credits pay for the AI work. Sorting costs one credit for every five emails, so a busy inbox draws on the allowance. Fyxer is running a launch offer of unlimited credits for the first three months. The free trial is 14 days of the Team plan, and the FAQ points teams of 10 or more to sales for a volume quote.

What people like about Fyxer AI, and what they don’t

Fyxer scored 4.1 out of 5 on both G2 and Trustpilot when we checked in May 2026, from about 20 reviews on G2 and several hundred on Trustpilot. Those reviews predate the rebuild, so they speak to the email and meeting features rather than to Spaces or Flows.

What earned praise:

• Drafts close enough to your voice that edits are quick.
• The notetaker, which joins calls reliably and produces usable summaries.
• Setup that takes minutes and asks nothing technical of you.

What drew complaints:

• Mislabeling. Important mail landing in the wrong category was the most common gripe.
• Trial billing. Several users reported charges after the trial they hadn’t expected.
• Support. Fyxer automated its help, which frustrated users with account-specific problems.

Where this+that is different

A this+that workflow can start the moment a message lands, branch on what the AI decides, pause for your approval, and take actions in GitHub, Jira, Notion or any tool that speaks MCP.

The price for team features differs a lot. Fyxer’s shared company context and assignable follow-ups are on Team, at $64 to $99 per person. this+that has one self-serve plan, free for 30 days, with shared tasks, assignment and the brain included.

The trade runs both ways. this+that doesn’t transcribe meetings, so Fyxer’s notetaker is a strength we don’t match, though notes from the notetaker you already use can reach this+that when they land in your inbox. Fyxer’s drafts lean harder on a voice trained from your sent mail than ours do, and Fyxer holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, where we’re at SOC 2 Type I.
